Classes

Interested in learning how to paint with watercolors? Join Axie Frey’s adult watercolor class on the last Wednesday of each month from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. The classes are ongoing and $30 (all materials are furnished) per session. Budding watercolor artists are welcome! Call the Art Center to sign up (765.436.7102)!

Mary McCartney-Jones is offering drawing classes for both youth and adults! Youth, ages 17 and under, may reserve a private class with Mary on Saturdays for one (1) hour between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Classes are $15 and include all supplies needed.

Adults may reserve a private class for $15 (supplies included) or join a group for $10 per person in groups of five (5) or more! You may call the Art Center or Mary directly to reserve a spot!

Our resident artist, Jan Brunner, would like to invite you to her Zentangle class! A very relaxing art by beginning with one stroke in a space with repeating “doodles”. It’s often referred to as yoga for the brain! Classes are $20 (supplies included). Class minimum is five (5)! Call or stop by the Art Center to sign up!

If you are intimidated by a large white canvas, overcome your fear by joining Jan Brunner’s fearless class! You will be given a 3×3 white canvas and end with a larger collaged piece! The class is $40 (supplies included) and the class minimum is five (5). You may stop in at the Art Center to sign up, or contact Jan to sign up!
