Sugar Creek Art Center was a wonderful place to mount a show of my work. The Center, with its gift shop, studios, classrooms and museum, is a vibrant cultural attraction for folks in the Thorntown area. There were concurrent events at the Center the night of my opening, which brought many visitors to the building and gallery. The airy and bright exhibition space on the second floor is an artist’s dream and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that there are other small galleries in the building belonging to the various artists who rent studio space in the Center. (And don’t even get me started on the white grand piano…)
